By accessing or using Cascade ("the Service", "Platform"), operated by TechJegi LLC ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), you ("User", "Subscriber", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
Cascade provides two primary services:
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that all information provided is accurate. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.
Vendor and planner accounts are intended for legitimate wedding industry professionals. We reserve the right to verify and remove accounts that misrepresent their professional status.
4.1 Planner Plans. Cascade Starter ($49/mo, 1.79% fee), Cascade Pro ($99/mo, 0.75% fee), Cascade Studio ($299/mo, 0% fee). Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
4.2 Vendor Plans. Vendor Pro ($29/mo), Vendor Studio ($149/mo); 0.5% payout fee (waived on Vendor Studio). Featured placement $79/30 days.
4.3 Billing. Subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges until you cancel. All fees are in USD and non-refundable except as required by law.
4.4 Cancellation. Cancel any time through account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds for unused portions.
4.5 Trials. Free trials (where offered) automatically convert to paid subscriptions at the end of the trial period unless cancelled.
Invoice payments processed through Cascade are subject to a platform fee deducted at the time of payout, based on your subscription tier. These fees are clearly disclosed in your plan details. Vendor payouts through Stripe Connect are subject to an additional 0.5% payout fee (waived on Vendor Studio).
8.1 Couple Accounts. Couples may create free accounts to save vendors, track shortlists, and message professionals. Couple accounts are personal and non-transferable.
8.2 Vendor & Planner Profiles. Verified profiles are displayed to couples. We reserve the right to remove or suspend profiles that violate these Terms or contain false information.
8.3 Messaging. The platform facilitates introductory contact between couples and professionals. We do not guarantee responses or the quality of professional services. Any agreements between couples and professionals are solely between those parties.
8.4 Reviews. Reviews must be truthful and based on genuine experience. We reserve the right to remove reviews that are fraudulent, defamatory, or violate these Terms.
You retain full ownership of your data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process and store your data solely to provide the Services. Our Privacy Policy governs how we handle personal information.
12.1 No Warranty. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
12.2 Limitation of Liability. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TECHJEGI LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED FEES PAID IN THE SIX MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
These Terms are governed by Oregon law with exclusive venue in Union County, Oregon. Disputes not resolved by good-faith negotiation within 30 days shall be resolved by binding arbitration under AAA rules in Union County, Oregon. Class action arbitration is waived.
